Using a celebrity to pitch a product is a hardly new but the convergence of branding and celebrity is becoming it’s own industry.
The New York Times, Media Section, this week features a good articles that examines the evolution of celebrity branding. This is a new medium for exposure as music and film are blending together to become a separate industry.
